Airport transfers

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Bookings within 48 hours of pickup can't be cancelled online and are non-refundable, except when the service wasn't provided due to a NihaoPass error — contact us directly in that case.

VIP concierge add-on

Fully refundable any time before your pre-departure check has been delivered. Non-refundable once the pre-departure check is complete, since the service has been delivered at that point.

How to cancel

Use our self-service cancellation page — enter the email you booked with and we'll send you a one-time code by email to confirm it's really you, no account needed. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed manually by our team to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
