1. Who we are

NihaoPass ("we", "us") is operated by NihaoPass, France. We provide a pre-flight readiness tool, airport transfer booking, and an optional VIP concierge add-on for travelers heading to mainland China.

2. The readiness tool is informational only

Guidance shown by the readiness tool (payment setup, connectivity, entry requirements) is general information, not legal, immigration, or travel advice. You are responsible for verifying your own visa, customs, and entry requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate.

3. Airport transfer bookings

Transfers are fulfilled by third-party local drivers/operators. We are not liable for flight delays, driver conduct, traffic, or events outside our reasonable control. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

4. VIP concierge add-on

The concierge add-on provides human-assisted WhatsApp support before departure and during your first 48 hours in China. It is not an emergency service. In a medical or safety emergency, contact local emergency services or your embassy directly.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are shown and charged in USD unless stated otherwise.

6. Affiliate links

Some links on this site point to third-party services (for example eSIM providers, or an alternative transfer operator while our own bookings are paused). These are marked where they appear, and we may earn a commission if you buy through one. The commission never changes what you pay. We do not operate these services, they are not covered by our VIP concierge add-on, and any purchase or booking you make is a contract between you and that provider, not with us — including its own cancellation, refund, and support terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NihaoPass's liability for any claim arising from your booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France.
