What we collect

Email address, and if you book a transfer: name, phone number, flight and pickup details. Payment card data is collected and processed by Stripe directly — we never see or store your full card number.

Why we collect it

To send your readiness summary, deliver and confirm bookings, provide concierge support, and improve the service. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider (booking confirmations), and, if you add VIP concierge, our WhatsApp-based support operator. We also use Google Analytics, so anonymized usage data is shared with Google — see Cookies below. Each processes data only as needed to deliver the service.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU/UK, this includes your rights under GDPR.

Affiliate link clicks

When you follow one of our affiliate links we record which link it was, which page you followed it from, and the time. We do not record who you are, and this log is not linked to your email address, your booking, or any identifier — it exists so we can tell which recommendations are useful. Once you leave our site, the provider's own privacy policy applies to what they collect.

Cookies

Strictly necessary. A session cookie for admin login only — not used on public pages. A np_consent cookie remembers your cookie preference (below) for one year. A lang_banner_dismissed cookie remembers that you closed the language-suggestion banner. These are necessary for the site to function and are always set.

Browser storage. Two things are kept in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie, and neither is ever sent to us or read by us. np_theme remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. np_readiness remembers your answers on the readiness checklist so you can come back to it later, along with anything you type into the card at the bottom of that page — the address you are staying at and an emergency contact. Those two are never sent to us: they exist only in your browser and on the sheet you print. The whole entry is discarded once your travel date has passed, and the "Start over" button on that page deletes it immediately. Both are functional rather than analytical, so they do not wait for the choice below — clearing your browser's site data removes them.

Statistics (opt-in). When you first visit, a banner asks you to choose: "Accept all" enables statistics scripts; "Necessary only" leaves them off. Your choice is stored in the np_consent cookie and honored on every subsequent visit. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure which features perform best. Google Analytics only loads after you click "Accept all". We never sell your data.
